Bellamy’s Emporium: Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be delighted with your piece of history. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not fit your space as imagined.
1. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period In accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us of your intent to return it. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to our Cirencester archive.
2. Condition & Heritage Nature All items sold by Bellamy’s Emporium are antique or vintage.

Patina: Reasonable signs of wear, surface marks, and "honest" aging are consistent with the history of these pieces and are not considered faults.

Accuracy: We provide detailed narratives and high-resolution images to ensure the item’s condition is transparently documented.
3. How to Return

Small Curios & Accessories: These must be returned via a tracked and insured service.

Large / Oversized Items: For items delivered via our specialist Set Day Delivery service, please contact us to arrange a professional return collection. The cost of this specialist return transport will be deducted from your refund.

Packaging: Items must be returned in the same protective packaging (or equivalent) to prevent damage in transit.
4. Refunds Once we have received and inspected the item to ensure it is in its original "as sold" condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
